Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and engagement strategies for niche and hard-to-find talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and hiring managers within the technology sector.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying and securing new client opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical screening and behavioral interviews.
• Negotiate complex offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.
• Contribute to employer branding and thought leadership within the IT recruitment space.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on the talent market.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT and technology recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability in managing full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialist technology roles.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the IT and technology landscape and common tech stacks.
• Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fully remote setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
