Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in IT hardware installation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, servers, networking, Windows and Linux.
- Excellent remote communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and detailed installation instructions.
- Guide on-site personnel through deployment of servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and driver issues remotely.
- Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure best practices in hardware deployment.
