Job summary

LexisNexis, a division of RELX, seeks a customer-centric sales professional in Durban to grow revenue through proactive, consultative selling of LN products to existing and new clients.

You will use CRM to manage pipeline, generate quotations, and follow up to close deals while collaborating across functions. We offer a healthy work–life balance with flexible and remote working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outbound telephone sales experience – preferably B to B.
• Be computer literate with the ability to utilize MS Office suite.
• Have a tertiary qualification or be studying towards such - preferably in the field of law.
• Be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate LN online products.
• Be target driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Be self-motivated and self-disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Actively call customers to promote and sell LN products and services
• Use CRM to record prospective sales and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.
• Generate quotations and send to customers.
• Follow up on quotations sent to close deals.
• Demonstrate LN product to prospective customers.
• Provide info to management re pipeline etc. as required.
• Keep abreast of LN products and services
