Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide information about policies, coverage, billing, and changes
• Assist customers with processing policy updates, renewals, and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Educate customers on company services and resources
