Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Policy Administrator to join a fully remote team. You will manage policies from issuance through renewal and endorsements, acting as the primary contact for policy-related queries with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication, enabling remote delivery of insurance services nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance policy administration or a similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain a portfolio of insurance policies, ensuring data accuracy.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications.
• Respond to policyholder inquiries via email and phone, providing information and resolving issues.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, schedules, and certificates of insurance.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate policy operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing improved policy administration processes.
