Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Policy Administrator to join their fully remote operations team. You will manage insurance policies from inception through renewal, maintain client records, process policy changes, and generate documents in a virtual environment.

You will collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate, timely policy support, drive data integrity, and support process improvements while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy administration software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate policy documents, certificates, and other related correspondence.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding policy details and administrative procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of reports on policy volume, renewals, and other key administrative metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements in all administrative tasks.
