The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and policy administration software, thriving in a standalone, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration processes and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Verify policy information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the database with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Respond to policyholder and broker inquiries regarding policy coverage and billing.
• Prepare policy documents and certificates and other relevant correspondence.
• Liaise with underwriters, sales teams, and other departments to resolve policy issues.
