Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Insurance Policy Administrator to join their fully remote team based out of Centurion. You will manage the lifecycle of policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing from issuance to renewal.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication with policyholders, brokers, and internal colleagues. This remote position offers flexibility and opportunity for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in insurance policy administration or a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and policy administration processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong proficiency in using computer systems, including policy administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain insurance policy records in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and internal departments regarding policy details and administrative procedures.
• Prepare policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other related correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the policy administration process.
• Assist in the development and refinement of administrative procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
