Placements24 is hiring an Insurance Policy Administrator for a fully remote role based near Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals and related documentation, serving brokers and policyholders with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in insurance, strong MS Office skills, and excellent data management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications with complete documentation.
• Manage policy endorsements, updates and changes per procedures.
• Handle renewals and communicate with policyholders and brokers.
• Enter and maintain policy data in the management system.
