Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Insurance Policy Administrator to manage the complete policy lifecycle from inception to renewal. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in South Africa while safeguarding data integrity and compliance.

You will handle policy applications, endorsements, cancellations, and generate policy documents, while maintaining accurate records and responding to client and internal inquiries with professionalism.

Formación

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with standard office software and database management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Verify policy information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database systems.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding policy details and status.
• Generate policy documents and related correspondence for distribution.
• Assist with audits and ensure all policy documentation is organized and readily accessible.
