Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in insurance operations or administration.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and insurance CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks related to policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Ensure data accuracy in insurance management systems and documentation.
• Process policy renewals and new business applications per procedures.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and sales to resolve queries.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify process improvements.
