Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Insurance Operations Lead to manage day-to-day back-office insurance processes, policy administration, and customer service support for clients, including Soweto, without requiring a physical office.

You will lead a remote team of operations specialists, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with third-party providers to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance operations management.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and drive operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, systems, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of insurance operations including policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a remote team of operations specialists.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet operational goals.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
