Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations management or a senior operational role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and remote-team management experience.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, policy lifecycle, and claims handling processes.
• Proficiency with operational software and performance management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the insurance business, including policy administration and claims support.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure operational goals are met.
