Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or similar role in the insurance industry.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and claims investigation procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with claims management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Conduct damage assessments, including site visits (virtual or in-person) and review of supporting documentation.
• Communicate clearly with claimants, policyholders, witnesses, and counsel to gather information and explain the process.
• Negotiate fair settlements within approved limits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain thorough records in the claims management system and flag potential fraud for investigations.
