Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Claims Handler or in a similar role within the insurance industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and acknowledge new insurance claims promptly.
• Investigate claims by gathering relevant information, documentation, and evidence.
• Assess liability and coverage based on policy terms and conditions.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and third parties throughout the claims process.
• Process payments for approved claims and manage claim files accurately.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalated them for further investigation.
