You will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims with a minimum of five years’ experience in property or casualty claims, and a solid grasp of policy terms and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in claims adjustment.
• Experience with property or casualty claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills suitable for remote work.
• Proficiency with digital claims management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into insurance claims and assess liability and coverage.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, meeting deadlines and maintaining timely communications.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and other parties.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports and settlement documentation.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and insurance legislation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members in complex claim resolution remotely.
