Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Insurance Claims Administrator to join an all-remote insurance team. You will support the claims department by handling documentation, data entry, and communications with policyholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming insurance claims documentation for accuracy.
• Enter claim data into the claims management system.
• Communicate with policyholders, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support claims adjusters with administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate investigations.
• Generate reports on claims volumes and processing times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for claims administration.
• Respond to inquiries about claim status or documentation requirements.
