The ideal candidate brings a Master's in Instructional Design or related field, 4–6 years of online course development experience, and strong proficiency with tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 4–6 years of instructional design and online course development experience.
• Portfolio of online learning projects and proficiency with e-learning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning modules using instructional design principles.
• Create diverse learning content, including interactive exercises and assessments.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear, accessible materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and pedagogy.
• Use e-learning tools to build interactive courses.
• Develop learning objectives, performance criteria, and evaluation strategies.
• Integrate content into LMS with developers.
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG standards.
• Conduct quality assurance on courses.
