Placements24 is seeking a creative Online Course Developer & Instructional Designer for a fully remote position. You will conceptualize, design, and develop engaging online learning experiences for a diverse student body, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate content into interactive modules.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in related field, at least 4 years' experience in higher ed or corporate training, and proficiency with LMS such as Canvas or Moodle and authoring

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and developing online courses for higher education or corporate training.
• Proficiency with LMS (Canvas, Moodle) and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and WCAG accessibility.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop engaging online courses using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and multimedia tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, structure content, and create assessments.
• Create interactive materials including videos, simulations, quizzes, and forums for accessibility and engagement.
• Manage the development lifecycle of online courses from initial concept to final implementation and evaluation.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design, recommending innovative approaches.
