You will transform traditional course content into engaging, accessible online curricula for higher education students worldwide, working closely with faculty and SMEs to apply best practices in learning design and technology.

The role focuses on designing courses, collaborating across disciplines, and using leading e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education instructional design.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.
• Exceptional remote collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning materials using instructional design models and technologies.
• Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to define course objectives, content, and assessments.
• Utilize e-learning tools to create interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences.
• Ensure content accessibility per WCAG and apply pedagogical best practices.
• Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
