Responsibilities
- Provide remote assistance for installation and setup of new equipment and software.
- Guide customers and field technicians through configuration processes to ensure proper system operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during remote installation and configuration phases.
- Develop and update clear installation guides and user documentation.
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain logs of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
