You will provide remote technical assistance, guiding customers through installation and resolving issues via video calls, phone, and remote access.

Qualifications
- Experience in technical support or equipment installation.
- Proficiency with remote access tools and video conferencing.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver remote training sessions to end-users and on-site staff.
- Diagnose equipment issues using remote diagnostics and guide users through steps.
- Document all interactions and findings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of products and procedures.
