You will provide remote technical assistance, guiding customers through installation and resolving issues via video calls, phone, and remote access.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or equipment installation.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and video conferencing.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver remote training sessions to end-users and on-site staff.
• Diagnose equipment issues using remote diagnostics and guide users through steps.
• Document all interactions and findings in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and support to resolve complex problems.
