The/Studio is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to own the inbound engine for our fast-growing, remote team. You will manage a high-volume stream of inbound opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor who uncovers client needs, closes initial deals with urgency, and nurtures accounts for repeat business.

You'll operate in US business hours and use Pipedrive for pipeline management, collaborating with Lead Gen, Production, and Design to ensure accurate order tracking and post-sale

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SMB/tech/service environments.
• High-velocity inbound lead handling with strong closing tendencies.
• Confident on video calls and capable of presenting to creators/brand founders.

Responsibilities

• Consult & close: own full inbound sales cycle and guide leads through production journey.
• Nurture repeat accounts to maximize long-term partnerships.
• Maintain pipeline speed with structured email cadences and CRM hygiene (Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with Lead Gen, Production, and Design teams for accurate order tracking and post-sale follow-ups.
• Develop industry mastery in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development.
