The role focuses on analyzing and enhancing complex operational systems using advanced analytical techniques to drive productivity gains and cost savings across the organization.

You will design optimal configurations, leverage simulation and statistical tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to implement solutions in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Industrial Engineering experience focused on systems analysis and optimization.
• Experience with simulation, statistics, and process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational systems, workflows, production lines, and supply chain networks to identify enhancements.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize system performance and resource allocation.
• Utilize simulation, modeling, and statistical analysis to design and validate improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering for integration.
• Establish KPIs and monitor ongoing system performance.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
