Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with Arena and AnyLogic, plus data visualization tools.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial processes to identify key performance drivers and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies using lean, Six Sigma, and simulation methodologies.
• Create models and simulations to test and validate proposed process changes.
• Collaborate virtually with global teams to implement and monitor improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate results.
• Provide remote guidance and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
