The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial or Systems Engineering, 5+ years in optimization, and strong skills in modeling, simulation, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or systems engineering focused on optimization.
• Experience working fully remote.
• Proficiency in systems modeling, simulation software, and process analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of automation, data acquisition, and manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize industrial systems and processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, and technical designs for workflows.
• Use simulation and modeling tools to evaluate performance and predict outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and R&D in a virtual environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.
