Placements24 seeks an proactive Industrial Engineer focused on Operations Optimization to join a fully remote team. You will analyze operational processes, design future-state workflows, and implement data-driven improvements across a global organization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in operations analysis, with strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI, plus excellent remote collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations analysis.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and data modeling.
• Proficient in data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Python) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration in distributed teams.
• Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Develop data-driven strategies for process improvement using Lean Six Sigma.
• Design and model future-state operating workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with remote stakeholders to implement and monitor changes.
