You will apply advanced techniques, mentor teams remotely, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating across functions to drive operational improvements from anywhere in the world.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree required in Industrial/Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial systems engineering or related domain.
- Strong modeling, simulation, optimization and statistics skills.
- Proficiency with AnyLogic, Arena and analytical tools.
- Ability to lead complex projects remotely and guide teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model complex industrial systems to identify improvements.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance performance and resource use.
- Develop and validate system models using advanced simulation tools.
- Provide technical leadership on system design and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual channels.
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
