Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to act as a Remote Operations Specialist. The role focuses on analyzing and improving operational performance, creating efficiency strategies, and supporting multiple departments via virtual channels.

You will drive KPIs, develop dashboards, and manage projects autonomously in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in industrial engineering or related roles, strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, and fluency with Excel, SQL,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
8+ years in industrial engineering, operations management, or similar.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement.
Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and PM software.
Strong remote collaboration and autonomous work abilities.
Knowledge of operational best practices and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to identify improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
Document and implement new or revised procedures and workflows.
Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with remote teams across departments to drive strategic initiatives.
Design and use dashboards/reports to track KPIs and provide insights.
Lead virtual meetings/workshops to align stakeholders on changes.
