Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering or process improvement with leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) and other CI methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex projects in remote/distributed settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritize process improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies using Lean Six Sigma and CI methods.
• Oversee execution of projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes.
• Provide guidance, training and mentorship on process improvement techniques.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and change management.
