Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 4+ years in industrial engineering with proven process improvements.
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and simulation software.

• Strong remote collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiar with virtual collaboration tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote-first analysis of existing processes using digital tools and data analytics.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Model, test, and validate changes using process simulation and data visualization.
• Collaborate virtually with engineering, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for remote deployment.
• Lead virtual Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process performance via remote dashboards and analytics.
• Stay updated on new technologies in industrial engineering and remote collaboration.
• Train site personnel on new processes via virtual means.
