In this fully remote role, you will collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, use data analytics and simulation tools, and report on outcomes. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and experience with lean/Six Sigma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial engineering with focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency with process mapping software, data analysis tools, and simulation software.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual collaboration.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual analysis of manufacturing and business processes to identify optimization areas.
• Develop and propose process improvement strategies using lean and Six Sigma.
• Design efficient workflows, layouts, and systems across sites.
