Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with multi-site or international exposure.
• Proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and modeling skills.
• Excellent remote communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial processes across global sites to identify improvements.
• Develop standardized processes and guidelines applicable globally.
• Use data analytics and simulation to model flows and predict impact.
• Collaborate remotely with site engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
