Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize and innovate manufacturing workflows across global facilities. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in process design, and collaboration with cross-functional online teams.

You will design, simulate, and implement improvements, develop SOPs, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Arena, FlexSim and statistical analysis software.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct process simulations and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with remote teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on manufacturing technologies and trends and recommend adoption.
