Collaboration with global R&D and production groups is essential, with a focus on scalable, sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in manufacturing process design, strong analytics, and proficiency in Arena/AnyLogic, CAD tools, and lean/Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in industrial engineering with manufacturing process design focus.
• Proficiency with simulation software Arena/AnyLogic and CAD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Remote collaboration and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing process flows, layouts, and equipment specs.
• Use simulation to predict performance and optimize designs.
• Create SOPs and work instructions for processes.
• Analyze data to identify defects and inefficiencies; implement fixes.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams for manufacturability and cost optimization.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Develop capacity plans and production forecasts.
• Conduct time studies to set labor standards and boost productivity.
• Support pilot runs and troubleshoot remotely.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
