Qualifications

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of industrial processes across multiple sites and functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization using data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop and propose detailed improvement plans and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with on-site teams, management, and stakeholders via virtual communication tools.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Develop and present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to leadership.
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies through virtual guidance and training.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainability.
• Research industry best practices and emerging technologies for process enhancement.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and brainstorming sessions for problem-solving.
