You will partner with production, QA and management, balancing remote work with occasional on-site visits to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel or Minitab.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration, remote and on-site.
• Willingness to travel to Bloemfontein for on-site work.

Responsabilités

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma process improvements.
• Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs and trends.
• Design and document optimized process flows, layouts, and workflows.
• Conduct time studies and motion analyses to improve ergonomics.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support integration of new technologies and automation solutions.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
