Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking an organized HR Talent Coordinator to lead recruitment strategy, onboarding, and people practices in a remote-first setting.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates; collaborate with department managers to define roles; and optimize recruitment processes to improve the candidate experience. With 1–2 years in HR or recruitment, you’ll help shape performance coaching, employee relations, and engaging team events that strengthen our culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR or recruitment.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Source, post, and optimize job openings on various platforms.
• Design and manage screening and interview processes according to company policies.
• Lead onboarding and new-hire integration to ensure a smooth start.
• Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and establish selection criteria.
• Document HR procedures and processes to maintain consistency.
• Organize team events to foster engagement and a strong company culture.
