Job summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized Virtual Human Resources Coordinator to join our remote team. You will drive recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll and benefits, and support engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in HR or admin roles, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Flexible remote schedule with core meetings during CST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR databases and systems.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and team-building activities.
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage performance review cycles and support training and development programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and documents.
