Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a remote-first role. You will help with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee queries while upholding a strong organizational culture from anywhere.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 1–2 years of HR support experience, and solid HRIS and communication skills. This remote position offers flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and standard office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Provide support for employee relations issues and general HR inquiries.
• Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and other employee engagement activities.
