Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Human Resources Specialist to support a distributed workforce from anywhere. The role focuses on employee relations, HR systems management, policy enforcement, and remote culture development across locations.

With 5+ years in HR and at least 2 in a specialist capacity, you will ensure compliant, efficient HR operations and drive talent development in a fully remote environment. A global-friendly approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a specialist role.
• Proven experience managing remote employee relations and HR operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers in a remote setting.
• Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions.
• Support the talent management lifecycle, including performance reviews and development planning.
• Administer and optimize HR information systems for remote employees.
• Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws applicable to a distributed workforce.
• Develop and implement remote-friendly HR policies and initiatives.
