Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Human Resources Specialist to join its fully distributed team. You will support employees and management with HR policies, recruitment, and HRIS maintenance from anywhere, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 3–5 years in HR, strong communication skills, and solid MS Office/HRIS proficiency to uphold best practices across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist/ Specialist experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers remotely, addressing inquiries on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires for our remote workforce.
• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Contribute to the administration of compensation and benefits, including payroll processing support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws across jurisdictions.
