Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role, with remote experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and South African Labour Law.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR administration tasks, including record-keeping and documentation for a distributed workforce.
• Coordinate virtual onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives tailored for a remote work environment.
• Assist in benefits administration and HR system management.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements in a virtual setting.
