Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Remote HR Specialist with a focus on Compliance to join their distributed team. You will be responsible for auditing HR processes, developing compliance training, and mitigating risks associated with employment law. Working entirely remotely, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and management across different locations to maintain the highest standards of HR governance. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and advise on changes in South African labor legislation and employment law.
