Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and related legislation.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
