Placements24 is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Compensation and Benefits to join a remote team supporting Pretoria operations. You will design, implement, and administer competitive pay and benefits programs, conduct market analysis, and ensure compliance with South African regulations.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR colleagues, manage multiple remote projects, and contribute to strategic reward decisions across the organization in the Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of South African compensation and benefits landscape and relevant laws.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. You will conduct market research, analyze compensation data, and ensure that the company's reward strategies attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities
