Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates, coordinate schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles. You will present the company on camera, assess candidate potential, and report directly to top management.

You will publish jobs across channels, manage inbound applications, schedule interviews across time zones, conduct 2–3 video interviews daily, and ensure all sessions are recorded for leadership review,

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• HR / recruiting background preferred (candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance or customer-facing roles).
• Home-office setup with HD webcam, good microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Publish open positions across recruitment channels.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided by the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules via email/WhatsApp across time zones.
• Conduct 2-3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily logs, track pipelines, and submit reports.
