Responsibilities include publishing jobs on free channels, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews across time zones via Email and WhatsApp, conducting 2–3 video interviews daily, recording interviews for

Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with clear diction and confident camera presence.
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards and social media.
Review and process candidate resumes provided by the company.
Coordinate interview slots and communicate with candidates across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri) and record every interview for leadership reporting.
Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit daily reports.
