Assetara Limited is actively seeking a proactive Recruiter to support our global hiring efforts. The role involves sourcing, presenting opportunities, conducting first-stage interviews, and coordinating candidates with hiring managers.

You will need strong communication skills, familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet, and the ability to learn Assetara’s products, values, and recruitment standards. Remote work offers a truly international team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
