Assetara Limited seeks a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates, coordinate schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles from Johannesburg Zone 2.

You will present the company on camera, manage interview slots across time zones, and deliver daily reports to senior management while maintaining a professional, on-brand presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional on-camera presence.
• HR/Recruiting background or experience in sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance is preferred.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and post jobs on free boards and social media.
• Review resumes provided directly by the company.
• Schedule interviews across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri).
• Record every interview and report daily to leadership.
